The creation of high-quality and innovative products requires equally high-quality and innovative tools. In this spirit, Nikolopoulou Foods<\/strong> and the Athanasios C. Laskaridis Public Benefit Foundation<\/strong>, through The People\u2019s Trust<\/strong> organization, donated a modern freeze-drying machine to Myrovolos Organics<\/strong> for the development of a new, pioneering product \u2014 an herbal blend in cube form. The product aspires to become a point of reference in the field of functional beverages, winning over the Greek, European, and global market. <\/p>\n

The new product is the result of close collaboration between business and scientific expertise. It was created through the company\u2019s partnership with the University of the Aegean<\/strong> and the Department of Nutrition and Food Science.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

The delivery and inauguration of the machine took place on Friday, December 12, at noon, at the Myrovolos Organics<\/strong> facilities in Chalkios, Chios. Representing Nikolopoulou<\/strong> Foods <\/strong>was the Marketing Manager, Yannis<\/strong> Sozos<\/strong>, who symbolically cut the ribbon of the machine, stating that \u201cthis initiative is not a form of charity, but part of a framework of entrepreneurial, intergenerational, and female solidarity.\u201d<\/em> <\/p>\n

The organization \u201cA Woman Can Be,\u201d<\/strong> which supports the empowerment of women entrepreneurs in agrifood, was represented by Vanessa Archontidou<\/strong> and Angela Pantazi.<\/strong> Also present were business partners and friends of the company, as well as representatives of the local community, including Chios MP Stavros Michailidis<\/strong>, Deputy Regional Governor Nikos Nychtas<\/strong>, President of the Chios Chamber of Commerce Pantelis Legatos<\/strong>, President of the Chalkios Cultural Association Stamatia Vavylousaki<\/strong>, and Antonis Kalitsis<\/strong>, representing Mediterra<\/strong> from the Mastic Research Center<\/strong> \u2014 all of whom contributed decisively to the experimental stages of developing the new product.<\/p>\n
