Zucchini patties

Fluffy, delicious, delicious, based on a Cycladic recipe with dill, parsley & aromatic herbs.

Accompany them with a rustic salad and toasted bread for a light meal.

Wrap them in a pita with tzatziki, onion and tomato, and enjoy a different souvlaki.

Serve them with yogurt for variety at the family table.

Cooking instructions

Zucchini patties

Pan

In a pan with plenty of oil, place the zucchini meatballs directly from the freezer and fry them frozen in preheated oil at 180⁰C for 4-6 minutes.

Air-Fryer

Place the zucchini meatballs directly from the freezer at 200⁰C for 8-10 minutes.

In the Oven

Preheat your oven to 220⁰C. Place the zucchini meatballs directly from the freezer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 18-20 minutes (top and bottom operation). Remove and serve.

Zucchini 53%, onion, wheat flour, breadcrumbs (yeast, paprika powder, colour: pepper extract, malted barley extract ), herbs 6.9% (dill, parsley), carrot, water, caramelised onions [onions, raisin syrup (dried raisins, water, acidity regulator potassium carbonate), sugar, starch, soy sauce (soybeans) , sunflower oil, paprika], potato flakes (emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids), breadcrumbs, rusk , salt, vegetable fibre, flavourings, spices, herbs.

After thawing, do not refreeze.

Consume only after heat treatment, according to the recommended cooking methods.
