The beginning
It was made with Spring Rolls, one of the most famous meals that has traveled to every part of the planet.
Other products followed, such as Falafel and of course delicious Greek appetizers, such as zucchini meatballs.
Over the years, and as people’s eating habits began to change, we did not stand still.

So, in collaboration
with Harokopio University, we jointly designed and created value-added vegetarian products.
Through this journey of discovery, the innovative Plant-Based Genius line was created , with meat-free products. Vegetarian delicacies, suitable for people who follow a vegan and vegetarian diet, are fasting or simply want to reduce their meat consumption.

Our vision is to provide innovative products whose name will become synonymous with high quality and the provision of only safe foods as a result of the processes and Quality Assurance Systems implemented in the Production Unit.
Therefore, we faithfully apply international food hygiene and safety systems. Our company is certified with the internationally recognized IFS Food system. The IFS Food Standard is a standard that defines the specific requirements for food safety, legality and quality that must be met by businesses that process and/or package food. The IFS Food standard has been established by the German and French Retail Federations with the aim of becoming a valuable tool for controlling, and for a common approach to, the management systems of retailers’ suppliers.
The IFS Food Standard is based on the principles of HACCP, with a particular focus on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practice (GHP). At the same time, the company holds ISO 22000:2018 & ISO 14001:2015 certifications .
