Falafel classic
Fluffy chickpea balls, fermented with fresh herbs and spices, with whole chickpeas from the Voios region of Kozani.
Wrap them in a tortilla or Arabic pita with a refreshing yogurt sauce, tomato and lettuce, and make a healthy wrap for the office.
Accompany them with a salad of your choice for a filling and nutritious animal-free meal.

Cooking instructions
Pan
In a pan with plenty of oil, place the falafel directly from the freezer and fry them frozen in preheated oil at 180⁰ C for 4-6 minutes.
Air-Fryer
Place the falafel directly from the freezer at 200⁰ C for 8-10 minutes. Brush well with oil beforehand.
In the Oven
Preheat your oven to 220⁰ C. Place the falafel directly from the freezer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush well with oil. Leave for 13-15 minutes (up and down operation). Remove and serve.
