Spring Rolls with Peanut Butter Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS

For the peanut butter dipping sauce
  • 3 tbsp natural peanut butter (100% peanuts)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp fresh grated ginger (with its juice)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. For the sauce, place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk vigorously until combined. Initially, the mixture may appear separated, but it will thicken as you whisk.

  2. Fry the Spring Rolls according to the package instructions.

  3. Serve warm with a little sauce on the side for dipping!
