Falafel Burger

Delicious burgers with chickpeas, fresh herbs & spices.

With whole chickpeas from the Voios region of Kozani.

Try them on a burger with brioche bun, caramelized onions, tomato, lettuce and tahini sauce.

Accompany them with rice or potatoes and hummus.

Make a delicious club sandwich for kids & adults.

Cooking instructions

Falafel Burger

Pan

In a pan with plenty of oil, place the falafel directly from the freezer and fry them frozen in preheated oil at 180⁰C for 4-6 minutes.

Air-Fryer

Place the falafel directly from the freezer at 200⁰C for 8-10 minutes. Brush well with oil beforehand.

In the Oven

Preheat your oven to 220⁰C. Place the falafel directly from the freezer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush well with oil. Leave for 13-15 minutes (up and down operation). Remove and serve.

Chickpeas hydrated 74%, vegetables in varying proportions [cabbage (white and red, carrot, onion, pepper, leek, celery ], wheat flour , herbs, potato flakes (emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), breadcrumbs, water, salt, spices, sugar, sunflower oil, starch, soy sauce (soybeans ) , curry mix ( gluten, mustard ), rice, garlic powder, flavorings, vegetable fiber, turmeric (preservative: sulfur dioxide ) .

The product is kept at a temperature of -18⁰C.

After thawing, do not refreeze.

Consume only after heat treatment, according to the recommended cooking methods.
