  • PREPARATION 10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of Spring Rolls with Gouda, Mozzarella, Bacon
  • 100 g strained yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped dill
  • 1 small clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1-2 tsp apple cider vinegar (depending on our preferences)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 large cucumber, washed well but not peeled

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the Spring Rolls according to the package instructions.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, dill, garlic, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  3. Cut the cucumber into strips with a spiralizer or peeler, or simply into thin slices, and transfer it to the bowl with the mixture.
  4. Simply mix and serve immediately with the Spring Rolls.
Tip

The salad dressing will become watery as it sits due to the juices from the cucumber. If you want the salad a little drier, you can open the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds from the center before slicing.
