Green Burger with vegetables, legumes & quinoa

Fine legumes, quinoa, fresh vegetables & superfoods with crispy breading. Fasting, source of protein, fiber and low in fat.

Try it in a fasting Arabic pita with eggplant and tomato salad.

Cooking instructions

Pan

Remove the packaging. In a pan with plenty of oil, place the green burgers directly from the freezer and fry them frozen in preheated oil at 180⁰C for 4-6 minutes.

Air-Fryer

Remove the packaging. Place the green burgers in the Airfryer at 200⁰C for 8-10 minutes. Brush well with oil beforehand.

In the Oven

Remove the packaging. Preheat your oven to 220⁰C. Place the green burgers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush well with oil. Leave them for 13-15 minutes (up and down operation). Remove and serve.

After thawing, do not refreeze.
